The room had a hidden charm

The staff truly went above and beyond during my stay. A friendly employee offered assistance when I misplaced my room key late at night, showcasing their exceptional service. I also loved having access to well-maintained amenities, such as a fridge and microwave that made snacking easy after a long day.

However, the hotel did have some quirks that detracted from my experience. The bathroom could've used deeper cleaning as I noticed a few minor water stains. Additionally, parking was a bit crowded, causing some inconvenience when returning at night.

Elevator out of service during renovations!!! Rooms need a thorough cleaning. I found trash near the fridge and a broken sink plunger!!! Hopefully, staff can be increased to manage the hotel better!!!
